If you change the parameters timeout, timeout resolution and #subobjects through the ZMI then all changes are lost and resetted to the default values as specified in zope.conf
after a reboot. 

Either we make the fields readonly (no more editable through
the ZMI) or the values in zope.conf should only be used
at creation time of the temporary folder.
