[Zope-Perl] Beta 1

I think it is fair to declare beta time as all major issues seem to be
resolved and the API should be quite stable now.  The beta1 release is
not actually much different from alpha7, but we have decided to split
the distribution in two.

'pyperl' contains Perl for Python.  This is the general stuff for
embedding perl in python.  There is nothing Zope specific in it.  If
all you want is to use CPAN or legacy perl modules from python this is
all you need.  The dbi.py module is part of 'pyperl'.

'zoperl' contains Perl for Zope and it depends on 'pyperl' being
previously installed for the Python interpreter driving Zope.  The
'zoperl' distribution contains 3 Zope products:

    Perl External Methods,
    Perl (Internal) Methods
    ZDBI_DA

The 'zoperl' package is platform independent.  All platform issues
will have to be resolved by 'pyperl'.  I expect future updates to
'pyperl' to be more frequent than for 'zoperl'.
