It stands for zope 3 community

z3c should be a namespace for higher level packages for zope3. (e.g.  
widgets).

We (Stephan Richter, Roger Ineichen and me) decided on this name on  
the Swiss Eastersprint.

Some packages that'll be added in the near future are:

z3c.widget (widget package)
z3c.widget.tiny (html editor widget using tinymce)
z3c.javascript (package for common js libs)
z3c.multiform (handle multiply forms on one page with formlib)
z3c.livesearch (livesearch with ajax from the tiks project)
