[Committers] entire foundation committer invitee list private?

Hi all,

I was wondering if the entire foundation committer invitee list was
private.  I know of a few zope committers I think should really be on
this list that I'd consider nagging if I knew what the entire list was.
I would think the more involvment we get the better ... and my guess is
the people I'm thinking of either misplaced their invite or missed out
on it somehow.

So what do you all think?
