[Committers] entire foundation committer invitee list private?

I'm not sure what you mean.  The list itself is private.  I'm not
sure if it should be or not.  That's up to us.

Committer membership is by invitation, based on the
criteria mentioned below.

This list consists of people who were invited and submitted
ZF committer agreements.

Anyone who committed to the zope.org repository between
January 1, 2005 and May 11, 2006 should have been invited.
If they weren't, they should contact me.  It's likely that some
invites got lost due to incorrect member email info on zope.org.
The email addresses were those in the zope.org ldap database,
which are set through the member preferences UI.

(It's also possible that there was a flaw in my scripts to gather
the committers.)

Bottom line, if they committed between Jan 1, 2005 and May 11, 2006,
and they aren't on this list, you should definitely nag them.
