Actually, that's not true.  ZEO can serve any number of databases. Look at the
start.py file and you'll see how it handles multiple databases.

What ZEO doesn't let you do is *create* new storages through the ZEO 
protocol. The protocol would have to be extended to do that.

It already does.  I'm not sure if it should allow creation.
