Looks great. Wondering on some points:

Releases:

Is the Zope ZODB and the StandaloneZODB going to be a fork maintained, or
is StandaloneZODB basically a couple of links into the Zope tree (IOW,
it's a convenience package?)

General Issues:

It's been rumored that PythonLabs is thinking about ZODB inclusion with
Python. This sounds pretty improbable; is it true?

Documentation:

Is Andrew's documentation the standard for now? Will the HOWTO be
integrated into the release, or provided on some zope.org pages? Andrew?

Apart from that, it sounds solid.
