[ZODB-Dev] What's wrong with the ZEO Tracker?!?

I just tried browsing the Tracker issues because we are having problems=20
running the latest ZEO code on Win2k and:

I can only see the listing of three issues: 8, 11, and 13 maybe
Don't have access to view 13
Log into Zope.org.
Now can't see any issues!!

What gives? =20
