[ZODB-Dev] SourceForge bug and patch trackers

Currently bugs and patches submitted to the SourceForge bug and patch
trackers don't generate an e-mailed notification to anywhere (human or
mailing list).  Without this, the trackers aren't really that useful.
Where should notifications of bugs and patches be sent?  Does someone
want to create a mailing list on lists.zope.org, should I create a
SourceForge mailing list, or should they go to this list?
