Summary: ZEO/stats.py,simul.py need more hacks

Initial Comment:
To handle badly garbled data, a hack may have to be
applied to stats.py and simul.py. The patch here isn't
quite right, because it assumes all oids have the high
32 bits zeros. But with a command option to enable it
it might be useful.
