[ZODB-Dev] fstest missing as script

Many of the scripts in ZODB and ZEO were one-offs that should never have been
checked in.  Most are not tested and many are not well thought out.
Eventually, I'll find time to go through them all and remove ones that should be
removed and whip others into shape.

For this reason, I object to adding fstest as a console script.
