[Zope-Perl] Perl External Method demos

Me and Dmitry have a few that we have written. Mine revolve around
interfacing to SQL methods and sending mail. Both things that can be done in
dtml but, the dtml logic can be so brutal and cumbersome, python is just
better.

The obvious one I would suggest is using perl's regex ability since pythons
is wimpy by comparison.
