[Zope] Zope NT Service and INSTANCE_HOME

It works for me when I set the 'Parameters\start' key for the Zope
service to the following value:

	"E:\PROGRA~1\ZOPE23~1\bin\python.exe" "E:\PROGRA~1\ZOPE23~1\z2.py" -S INSTANCE_HOME="e:\progra~1\ZopeHome"

I don't recall if the quotes or 8.3 folder names are essential.
