Utility vs Service (was Re: [Zope3-dev] Name game: "views")

Wow, I really opened Pandora's box. ;)

The thread about "utility" vs "service" has gotten so big that
it's too hard comment, IMO. Can we focus on the glossary at:

???  Let's work these definitions and thn pring other descriptions in
sync.

I tried to clarify the definitions in the glossary based on the discussion
in the thread. I doubt it's clear enough. :)

I also added links to:

which also tried to explain the differences.

Let's move the questions and comments to the glossary so we can try to get
to closure on this.
