[Zope3-dev] Zope-3x-branch and JobBoardEx HEAD now include pre-create view code

It's all working on my machine: hope it is on everyone else's too.

Note that the main Zope-3x-branch gave a ComponentLookupError when you 
clicked on Role Permissions *before* I checked in, and still does now.  I at 
least followed the Hippocratic oath to do no harm. ;-)

The JobBoardEx pre-create stuff is slightly improved since I waved my hands 
last about it.

And I'm going to sleep, so if I need to fix anything, I'll be back tomorrow 
morning.
