[Zope3-dev] doc direcotry contents

The following files appear to be left over from Zope2, and
aren't current for Zope3.  Would anyone object if I tried
to create some minimal Zope3 relevant versions to replace
them?

INSTALL.txt
CHANGES.txt (I'd just zero this until we hit alpha)
ENVIRONMENT.txt
FAQ.txt (do we have enough users to have faqs yet? <grin>)
INSTALL.txt
LOGGING.txt
UNITTEST.txt
WEBSERVER.txt (I probably don't know enough yet to update this one)
CREDITS.txt (presumably still essentially valid, though it
	should probably be broken into "pre zope3" and "zope3" sections?)
