I refactored some code, resulting in the removal of some tests.
I moved some placeful service support from Zope.ComponentArchitecture
to Zope.App.ComponentArchitecture. There were tests in
Zope.ComponentArchitecture.tests that verified that placeful service
lookup didn't work for placeless service managers. IOW, these tests weren't
providing value.
