[Zope3-dev] event move successful; "make" error?

The global events have been moved; tests pass except for the ones that 
didn't when I started (TAL in 2.2.2 and warnings in CVS HEAD); Zope 
starts and works.  These changes will probably hose your Data.fs, so 
you'll need to delete it and restart.

I discovered a difference between make and stupid_build: make does not 
copy products.zcml.in to products.zcml.  Is this intentional?  The 
INSTALL doc mentions manually creating principles.zcml but not 
products.zcml.

I did not make the local event service design changes; later.
