Just to reiterate what Stephan wrote - I think that right now 
the most important thing is to spend some time writing up the 
use cases to find out what "SOAP support" really means. As some 
may know, I have some strong opinions on what it *doesn't* mean :)

Use cases written from the point of view of the service developer 
(and possibly service consumer) seem like the best way to get to 
the bottom of this.
