My setup relies on Mutt and the Gnome Terminal for URL support. I also
tested UrlView (a command line client often used in conjunction with mutt to
activate URLs).

Mutt provides the highlighting (configurable) and is now highlighting all
URLs below. Not highlighting correctly doesn't make a difference to how the
terminal and UrlView interpret the URLs.

Both UrlView and Gnome Terminal interpret the list of URLs in the same way.
All URLs are accepted in whole, except the one ending on a comma, copied
above. The comma is (correctly) interpreted as punctuation not part of the
URL.
