[Zope3-dev] Anybody wanna take a shot at coming up with descriptions and goals for information architect and workflow designer actors?

Added both actors and a description for the Information Architect, no 
use cases. There needs also to be some editing of the Site Developer 
page, because some of their use cases can now be done by the Information 
Architect. I will add some more after the mails to the mailinglist.
