I believe it's implemented, though I didn't play with it since it was called
MementoBag.

Jim and I at the Berlin sprint in april made a prototype of something that
could create property sheet adapters from schema on the fly. Or in fact
factories for those adapters. We still need to reimplement this 
with the current Schema package.

The concept is quite neat for metadata; you can attach any metadata
schema with any object, as long as the object can be Annotated, which is
a lightweight interface.

One risk area is keeping all the annotation information together with the
object properly.
