[Zope3-dev] FWIW: I endorse reStructuredText

I hereby decree that Zope3 doc strings and text documentation files should be
in reStructuredText format.  Initially, this should apply to new
doc strings and text documentation files, but we will convert old ones as
need be or as time allows.

BTW, does anyone know if there is a standard file suffix for reStructuredText
files? .rest? .rst?
