Well, I might have an easier time reading the following:

<body talns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">

...
  <p tal:content="context/dc:title">Title here</p>
 ...
</body>

I can leverage my experience with XSLT, where you will commonly see things
like the following:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<xsl:stylesheet
  xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
  xmlns:dyn="http://exslt.org/dynamic"
  extension-element-prefixes="dyn"
  version="1.0">
  ...
  <xsl:template match="Document">
    <xsl:apply-templates/>
  </xsl:template>
   ....
</xsl:stylesheet>
