If it isn't, then we haven't met the goals for ZConfig integration!

Seriously, I think there are still holes in the integration, and
things I need to look at.  Making sure we catch all those early is the
biggest motivator for making the integration available in CVS now
rather than later.  I will be spending time looking into issues raised
about this on zope-dev and zope3-dev (though we haven't integrated
with Zope 3 yet).
