[Zope3-dev] ZConfig 2.0

ZConfig 2.0 has been released.  ZConfig is the schema-based
configuration library used in Zope 2.7 and Zope 3.  It only relies on
the Python standard library, and has been tested with Python versions
2.1.3 and newer.
