That was my initial guess..
But I grepped through the sources and found lots of services, utilities
and classes using "zope:content".

The general use in zope.app seems to be to use zope:content,
Like I said, it only is used in apidoc and dublincore

in zope.app:

zope:content : 110 occurences
zope:class : 19 occurences
