Just reading through the rest of the thread, it looks like nightly 
.pyd's will do for now. So I won't worry too much about it :)

It's certainly nice to get a regular nightly installer built, for that 
time when we want a final release. Although at the moment that installer 
should be pretty simple you never know.

My installer was built using Inno which is free, pretty and works just 
great. But sounds like there might be some new fun ones to tinker with...
