I'd like to ask that, when anyone changes a .c or .h file in Zope3,
please drop me a note pointing that out.  I don't have anything
automated to rebuild .pyd files (for Windows users) when needed, and
don't have spare cycles to try to automate it.  I've usually noticed
such changes "by eyeball", but poor Phil has been burned twice
recently by my failing to notice.
