These three will fail on all Windows flavors; I'll fix the tests in a few 
minutes.  The problem here is that until yesterday, ZConfig reported a poor 
default hostname on Windows when an address was specified with only a port 
number; these tests need to consult ZConfig for the "default" host reported 
when the host isn't specified.
