[Zope3-dev] Please update CHANGES.txt when you make a notable change!

We need to get in the habit of updating doc/CHANGES.txt when we make
a notable change.  (I need to get in this habit too.)  If you've
any notable changes since Milestone 5, *please* add a brief
description to doc/CHANGES.txt.
