[Zope3-dev] Updated the to-do list

I just updated doc/TODO.txt and doc/TODOLATER.txt to push more things
after the X3.0 release.  If you think of other things that need to be done, '
please let me know.

If you want to volunteer to work on anything, please let me know. :)
