Agreed. Though we should acknowledge that quality is a somewhat 
subjective term. We have established our understanding of quality and 
quality assurance (with which I absolutely concurr), other people might 
have a different one. Z3 base *will*, however, enforce some quality, 
otherwise it'll end up like the CMF collective.
