No, it isn't.  /@@ looks for a view that has an empty name. This view is only
defined on sites and provides traversal to resources.

++resource++name should *only* be used in zpt to get a resource object
to get it's URL so that you can link to it.  The str of a resource
object will use nearestsite/@@/resourcename.
