I propose to support Browsers based on

- Gecko (Moz) >= 1,
- Trident (IE) >= 5 (MSXML 2.0),
- KHTML (Konqueror) >= 3.2,
- AppleWebkit >= 124 (Safari 1.0),
- Opera >= 6,
- Tazman (IE/Mac) >= 5.

Browsers must have

- cookies,
- and JavaScript

enabled.

- Textbrowsers,
- screen readers
- and other assistive technologies

are not supported by the Rotterdam skin.
