[Zope3-dev] IErrorReportingUtility error

Bad error during error reporting:

I get the follwoing error if I run into a error:

Any Ideas what's wrong in the IErrorReportingUtility lookup
or in the appsetup.

I this happens there is not other way then restart the server.
Every url run into the same error if this happens once.
