For issues created by others, you need either to ba a "supporter" for
the collector, or else have the "Owner" local role granted.  I just made
you an "Owner" of the Z3-dev issue 448;  if you would prefer to be a
suppoerter (you will get e-mail about all issue traffic in the
collector, in that case), please let me know.
