[Zope3-dev] Insufficient Privileges when adding a patch in the collector

Hi,

I tried to add a patch to a bug in the collector, but I was presented
with a page saying that I don't have sufficient privileges to view this
page. Do I need some special privileges to attach a file to an issue?
