[Zope-CMF] Using formulator form...

Hiya,

Thanks so much for the info on the "Members" section --- I had tried "List
portal members", but not at the top level of my cmf.  Uh, another question..
I've created a form using "formulator form" (feedback_form) and want to use
this in my feedback page I have created (DTML document).  I've tried
<dtml-var feedback_form> but nothing is shown on screen.

Is anyone able to sort me out?
