My own scale of preference goes (on the standard -1,-0,+0,+1 scale):

+1  IAttachedData
+.5 IAssociatedData
+0  IMetaData
-1  IMementoBag


Other names that I'm not seriously proposing:

   IExtraData    extra == outside of the object
                 extra == added to the object

   I3rdPartyStuff

   IllStopThereWhileImAhead
