Make the links to alternative stylesheets actually point to code not 
stylesheets. This code will set a cookie in the browser, and then return 
the stylesheet.

If a stylesheet-cookie is set in the browser, then choose the default 
style accordingly.

This should make the choice persistent for as long as the cookie is.
