I'm afraid I don't have the time to summarize the discussion, you'll
need to piece it together if you're interested.  I wouldn't be too
concerned, though, the idea seems all but stillborn anyway given the
reaction of most people.  They will be sorry, but that's the way it
goes. ;-)
